Awkwafina

Awkwafina the American actor and singer, began with a series of ribbing quips about sexual identities, racial identity and gender. After which she moved into Hollywood she came out with an album of rap songs. Nora Lum was born to Chinese-Korean immigrants from Forest Hills Queens. Her first exposure to music was from playing the trumpet. The musician also had instruction in jazz and classical before exploring hip-hop in her teenager. In college, she studied writing and women's studies. Then, she even had a short time studying Mandarin while in Beijing. After graduation, she began to devote her time to music. The track she released in 2012 My Vag a response to Mickey Avalon's My Dick found viral success across the Internet eventually landing on her debut album Yellow Ranger in 2014. It also included other sensational hits such as body-positive Queef and a winking, hometown tour NYC BitcheUSD. The latter track was linked to her other venture, Awkwafina's NYC Travel Guide, which was published in the year 2015. In addition to being a writer and musician among her accomplishments, she determined to pursue the role of a third-party actor. She has appeared in films like Neighbors 2 Storks as well as Bad Rap. In 2018, she landed many breakthrough roles, such as Dude Ocean's 8, or Crazy Rich Asians. The EP was released by In Fina We Trust in June of the same year.
